About the Works
This hand-rendered series was created for Pasqualotto’s social media, showcasing a vibrant urban development through expressive perspectives and detailed architectural plans. The project began with concept sketches on A4 paper, allowing for quick iteration and client feedback. After several revisions, the final illustrations were carefully transferred to A1 thick sheets—enhancing their visual impact and presentation quality.
The perspective drawing captures a dynamic cityscape of high-rise towers surrounded by lush landscaping, active streets, and pedestrian zones. Each element was rendered using pigment pens for precision, markers for depth and atmosphere, and pencil for soft transitions—blending technical clarity with artistic storytelling.
Complementing the perspective are several floor plans that reveal spatial organization, circulation, and residential layout. Together, the series communicates the livability and design intent of the development in a way that’s both accessible and emotionally engaging.
