Illustration Series: “Gift for My Love”
• This series was created during my leisure time as a personal exploration of style and emotion, inspired by the theme “Gift for My Love.” It wasn’t part of any formal project—just a space for me to experiment and reflect.
• My creative challenge was to build each scene using only pure, rounded shapes—circles and ellipses—to form both the characters and their environments. I was curious to see how this constraint might influence the mood and visual rhythm of the illustrations. While the style hasn’t fully become my own, I found it offered a unique softness and harmony that I enjoyed working with.
• The first scene shifts to a quieter setting: two people sharing drinks at a cozy café, immersed in conversation and warmth.
• The second illustration depicts a festive gathering, with people dancing in the background and a couple embracing at the center—a moment of affection glowing within the energy of celebration.
• Together, these pieces explore different expressions of love—public and private, joyful and intimate. They’re visual sketches of connection, created through a playful and intentional exploration of form.
