Wishy App Illustration Serie
I was commissioned to create a custom illustration series for Wishy, a mobile application that allows users to share personalized wish lists for birthdays, holidays, and special occasions. The goal was to visually capture the app’s core themes of celebration, connection, and gift-giving, while ensuring the artwork remained playful, expressive, and mobile-friendly.
Creative Process
The project followed a structured, iterative workflow that balanced traditional artistry with digital precision:
• Concept Sketching: Initiated the design phase with hand-drawn pencil sketches, exploring character styles, festive motifs, and layout compositions.
• Client Feedback Integration: Collaborated closely with the client to refine the illustrations, incorporating feedback to align with the app’s brand tone and user experience.
• Color Palette Development: Crafted a cohesive and vibrant color scheme that enhanced emotional warmth and complemented the app’s interface.
• Digital Finalization: Translated the refined sketches into scalable vector artwork using Adobe Illustrator, ensuring clarity across screen sizes and resolutions.

The final illustration set became a central visual element of the Wishy app, enriching its identity and elevating user engagement. Each piece was designed to evoke joy and anticipation, reinforcing the emotional experience of gift-giving and celebration.
